KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Install, upgrade, and maintain CCTV and security systems Engage in training to ensure up to date knowledge of product. Maintain and adhere to Health & Safety Regulations at all times. Communicate effectively with the team, customers and third parties taking ownership of user requests and escalating more complex service issues to the relevant team member when required. Plan and undertake scheduled routine maintenance checks and upgrades. REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL) 3-year minimum experience working within a similar technical role. Being self-motivated and organised. Working to deadlines. A logical approach to problem solving. Analytical skills. Communicating effectively via email, phone and in person working both independently and as a team. Learning quickly and adapting to complex concepts. An honest and discreet approach to confidential information. Prioritising and balancing multiple tasks. Ability to work at height. A willingness to learn new technologies and systems. Full UK driving licence with no points or pending convictions. REQUIREMENTS (DESIRABLE) Knowledge of Dahua/Uniview/Ajax security systems and products. Experience with planning and installing networks. A good understanding of configuring network switches, routers, and Wi-Fi equipment. Experience installing and configuring CCTV equipment. A good understanding of CCTV equipment and the different types of systems available.
