We are excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a Safer Neighbourhood Advisor to join our Tenancy team, where you'll be able to play a key role in shaping our future. What you'll be doing You'll provide an effective safer neighbourhood management service to our customers and colleagues. You'll lead on prevention, enforcement and investigation of reported issues and trends across a broad range of tenures in line with policy, process and targets. You'll manage a varied caseload in responses to reports of enviro-crime, hate incidents, anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud, domestic abuse, safeguarding and any breaches of tenancy. You'll also provide training and guidance to colleagues to triage and resolve issues at first point of contact using a variety of tools and powers to achieve early resolutions for customers. More about you. What can you bring? You'll have experience working in housing management, or public service delivery, as well as experience working in partnership to achieve success outcomes. You'll have case management experience to investigate issues, identify actions and deliver. You'll have frontline customer service experience and the delivery of excellent customer service, and experience in customer engagement. You'll hold experience working with vulnerable persons and managing complex cases to achieve positive outcomes for customers. You'll have knowledge of housing law, housing and neighbourhood management issues and good practice. Please note a full driving licence and DBS are required for this role. When and where you'll be doing it You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £38,000.
