We are now looking for a Plumber to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Plumber, you will deliver water efficiency installations and services to households across our community.
Working closely with the operations team, you will carry out Home Water MOTs, assess the root causes of high-water usage, and fit the most suitable water-saving devices with care and precision.
Beyond this, you will also conduct meter readings, measure flow rates, identify leaks, and perform minor repairs on showers, taps, and toilets.
Additionally, you will:
- Provide tailored water efficiency and behavioural change advice to every customer
- Manage your diary and use the CRM to complete appointments and meet install targets
- Ensure the customer is left with clear, informative materials post-installation
- Identify and report the presence of lead piping
About You
To be considered as a Plumber, you will need:
- Experience working in customer-facing environments
- The ability to work accurately at speed
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A Plumbing Qualification at minimum Level 2
- A full, valid driving licence
EUSR Water Hygiene certification would be beneficial but is not essential.
Please note, this role will require you to have a clear DBS check.
