Equal Education Partners are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Teaching Assistants to support children within various schools in the Swansea area.
We have full-time and part-time roles available, starting as soon as possible.

Requirements
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be required to:
* Assist the main class teacher.
* Support pupils’ learning needs, either working with groups of pupils or in a 1:1 setting.
* Safeguard the children in your care.
* Set up equipment and help prepare the classroom for lessons.
* Inspire and encourage pupils to achieve their learning outcomes.

* Strong literacy and numeracy skills are required.
* Candidates might have completed Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Childcare or other similar subjects.
* Equally, strong candidates might have prior experience working with children and/or relevant transferable skills and experience from a range of different sectors e.g. care, sports, coaching, theatre & performing arts and other areas.
