Role: Account Director Location: London / South East / Travel as Required
Reports to: Operations Director
Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE
Key Purpose:
* Lead the performance and management of Pareto accounts across a portfolio customer base. This incorporates driving rapid sustainable growth, statutory compliance, operational governance, management and development of employees and the continual retention and development of the customer base.
Key Accountabilities:
* Working collaboratively across the business with business development, finance, and HR to achieve company targets, develop talent and present a seamless approach to clients.
* Ensure the delivery of a professional and exceptional service to all customers with proactive and class leading customers communications and relationship management.
* Lead and develop high level customer relationships with both existing and potential clients through fully understanding their requirements and demands.
* Full accountability for the overall service delivery and financial performance of the customer and contract portfolio under account remit
* Play an active and influential role in new business growth by supporting the business development team
* Manage portfolio finances to ensure delivery of financial budget and target requirements. Ensure debtor management and work in progress is a key operational focus.
* Lead the HSQE compliance and audit program across your Account portfolio and create a culture of safety and compliance across the workforce.
* Ensure strategic account plans and business continuity plans are followed for all contracts.
* Create and manage an operational delivery structure that supports the customers business requirements and processes both in normal working hours and out of normal working hours. Manage effectively the out of hours process and Rota requirements to support customer portfolio.
* Lead the management and development of employees that report in your accounts, ensuring that the company culture and behaviors are always displayed, and all employees have the skills and motivation to undertake their roles.
* Ensure employee performance reviews are undertaken on an annual basis and are supported by clear job descriptions, measurable objectives, and a regular performance review cycle.
* Deliver informative and concise reporting for the Account portfolio.
