Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties.
* Provide high-quality, client-focused legal advice and representation throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring that transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their transactions and managing their expectations.
* Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth and timely transaction process.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues within the property department and across the firm to ensure a seamless, integrated service for clients.
* Actively participate in business development initiatives, including attending networking events, contributing to marketing materials, and engaging in community outreach activities.
* Stay current with developments in residential conveyancing law and practice, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm’s services, processes, and overall performance.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.
* A minimum of three years of experience working in residential conveyancing.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex property transactions.
* Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload and meeting targets.
* Demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent client care and building long-term client relationships.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with keen attention to detail.
* A proactive and resourceful approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
* A strong team player, with a positive and collegial attitude, willing to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
Up to £55,000 dependant on experience, generous bonus scheme and benefits package.
