Job Title: Social Worker – Adult’s Community Team
Location: Trafford Council
Rate: £30 per hour
Trafford Council is recruiting enthusiastic individuals to join their Adult’s Community Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a Social Worker, you will undertake strength-based assessments and deliver person-centred support for adults with care and support needs. You will promote independence, recognize the potential for change, and enable people to maximize their strengths. You will provide an effective response to safeguarding enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014 and local policies. Additionally, you will work both as part of a team and autonomously within a Multi-Disciplinary environment, applying your knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 to ensure the best outcomes for residents.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
