About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our hyper growth software consultancy in Norwich. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a strong work ethic, a passion for sales, and a background in B2B or B2C sales. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound outreach.
2. Consultative Selling – Understanding client needs and demonstrating how our software solutions can help their business.
3. Pipeline Management – Maintaining an organised sales pipeline to maximise conversion rates.
4. Collaboration – Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies.
5. Achieving & Exceeding Targets – Meeting ambitious sales goals and earning uncapped commission.
