Are you a video storyteller with a passion for crafting engaging content?
We're seeking a talented Video Content Creator to join our innovative team at a financial institution in Glasgow.
As a key member of our team, you'll be involved in every stage of the video production process, from concept development to final delivery. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and transform their ideas into captivating videos and animations.
You will have a strong technical background particularly in post-production, be a team player, good communicator, be confident in managing several projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will be working in a small team in Glasgow, supporting the Regional Video Producer, but also supporting our teams in other locations when needed. Travel to other sites will be required at times.
This is a hybrid position and you will have to be structured and self-motivated to thrive in this role. As a Content Creator, you will be alternating between on-site production work and remote post-production work, we structure our schedule around our clients' needs and requests so flexibility is required.

We have teams in London and New York who we collaborate with and support on a regular basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the producers to interpret and develop client briefs.
2. Plan and execute multi-camera and lighting setups for different scenarios.
3. Edit short-form videos and corporate content with a creative and detail-oriented approach.
4. Create animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or other similar software.
5. Operate sound recording equipment and ensure high-quality audio capture.
6. Coordinate with team members and clients to plan and execute shoots.
7. Maintain clear communication with producers throughout the post-production process.

2. Foster strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating project status and addressing their needs.
3. Work closely with the teams, including freelance editors and motion graphics artists.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven Experience: Extensive proven hands-on video production experience.
2. Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
3. Videography: Confidence in operating cameras for various setups, including single and multi-camera shoots.
4. Strong Communication Skills: The ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
5. Organisational Skills: Exceptional time management and project prioritisation abilities.
6. Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
Desired Qualifications:
1. Corporate Video Experience: A solid understanding of corporate video production standards and best practices.
2. Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
3. Client Relationship Management: Experience interacting with clients and managing expectations.
4. Photography Skills: Basic photography knowledge and experience.
