We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with ideally between 3 to 7 years PQE to join a leading UK law firm in their Leicester office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team, handling a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on a variety of employment law issues, including contracts, discrimination, redundancy, and dismissal cases.
* Managing a caseload of both claimant and respondent work.
* Representing clients in Employment Tribunals and providing strategic advice to businesses.
* Supporting the wider team on complex and high-profile employment matters.
* Building and maintaining client relationships and providing clear, pragmatic legal advice.
Ideal Candidate:
* 3-7 years PQE in employment law, with a proven track record of handling employment disputes and advisory work.
* Strong understanding of both employment legislation and case law.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience with a broad spectrum of employment law work, ideally across both private sector and public sector clients.
