About this opportunity:
Cumberland Council is looking to appoint a Skills Bootcamp Support Assistant to help support their Enterprising Cumbria Skills Bootcamp Team.
Part of the role will be to help organise and facilitate the Skills Bootcamp Programme and other programmes that Enterprising Cumbria are involved in so that they are delivered smoothly. You will work closely with trainers, learners, and employers to facilitate engaging and effective training experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and provide responsive, flexible, effective, and efficient administrative support.
* Promote services offered through attending stakeholder events and managing media – website, social media, and newsletters.
* Assist with enrolment, compliance data, and ensure accurate records are maintained.
* Support learners and training providers with queries.
* You will be organised, have great communication skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
This role is available on a fixed term until 30/09/2026.
