The Outsiders is a fast growing and well-respected garden design, landscaping and maintenance company operating across London. We are looking for an experienced full-time Operations & Administration Assistant to join our busy and innovative team, responsible for scheduling and client liaising.
Role:
• Scheduling all garden maintenance and installation jobs accurately
• Delivering great customer service and building client relationships
• Liaising with clients, keeping them well informed
• Assisting with the daily logistics of the teams
• Dealing with complaints from time to time
• Logging staff holiday and overtime
• Occasional diary management
• Answering phone calls
• working closely with maintenance manager and director regarding action points from onsite visits
