Deputy Headteacher - University Collegiate School Bolton
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Deputy Headteacher to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading on curriculum development, teaching and learning, management of senior leaders, and pastoral support across our family of schools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a robust and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils
* Oversee and drive improvements in teaching and learning practises
* Manage and support the work of senior leaders within the Trust
* Provide strong pastoral care and support for pupils, staff, and the wider school community
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
* Substantial experience as a senior leader in a primary or secondary school setting
* Proven track record of driving school improvement and raising standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to the Church of England ethos and values
Desirable Qualities:
* Experience of working within a multi-academy trust
* Strong understanding of the latest educational policies and initiatives
* Ability to think strategically and lead change effectively
* Passion for providing high-quality, inclusive education
