An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client for a Product Marketing Manager for a fast-growing and dynamic national tech business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features.
2. Define and refine positioning, messaging, and storytelling to make product stand out.
3. Conduct competitive analysis & market research to inform strategy.
4. Develop launch plans and work across teams to execute high-impact campaigns.
5. Be the voice of the customer—gather feedback, run surveys, and analyze user behavior.
6. Identify key market trends and opportunities to shape product roadmap.
7. Work closely with Product, Business Development & Partnership, and Engineering teams to ensure the business is solving real customer pain points.
Customer Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing:
1. Leverage Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) to drive customer onboarding, retention, and advocacy.
2. Set up automated lifecycle email campaigns, in-app messaging, and personalized engagement journeys.
3. Monitor and optimize key engagement metrics like activation rate, churn, and expansion revenue.
4. Work closely with Sales & Operational teams to improve customer retention & upsell strategies.
5. A/B test messaging and engagement tactics to enhance conversion rates.
Content & Sales Enablement Strategy:
1. Create compelling sales collateral, decks, battle cards, case studies, and one-pagers.
2. Support sales & growth teams with the right messaging, tools, and training.
3. Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for company website, blog, email campaigns, and social media.
Performance & Growth Optimization:
1. Track product adoption and campaign performance, optimizing as needed.
2. Own key metrics like conversion rates, customer retention, and engagement.
3. Experiment with pricing, bundling, and offers to drive revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
1. Work closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering to shape product-market fit.
2. Align with Sales & Operational teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey.
3. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Experience & Skills:
1. 3+ years in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or related roles (start-up or scale-up experience a huge plus!).
2. B2B2C SaaS, AI, FinTech, or DevTools experience preferred.
3. Hands-on experience in market research, GTM strategy, and storytelling.
4. Strong ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with different audience segments.
5. Hands-on experience with customer engagement tools, CRMs, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.

1. Salary of £40k-£50k per annum (negotiable depending on depth of experience)
