Customer Service Desk Analyst (Fixed Term Contract- 6 months)

The focus of Bellrock’s Accounts Receivable Team is to ensure and secure revenue through the dedicated billing process. This process consists of generating invoices through various means and delivering them to customers via emails, customer portals, etc., all within strict given SLAs to ensure a smooth month-end process.
How will you be the change?
We believe every role is essential to providing peace of mind for our customers. As a Customer Service Data Analyst with Bellrock, you’ll do it by:
* Collecting, cleaning, and organizing maintenance-related data from various sources, including work orders, asset performance logs, and IoT systems.
* Analyzing maintenance trends, failure rates, and resource utilization to identify areas for improvement.
* Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into maintenance performance.
* Conducting root cause analysis on recurring maintenance issues and recommending strategies to mitigate them.
* Collaborating with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
* Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance and tracking progress against targets.
* Supporting predictive maintenance initiatives by leveraging historical data and machine learning techniques to forecast equipment failures.
* Providing ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as required by senior management.
* Ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from Head Office, Leicester, LE1 6LP for 2 days, and the rest can be worked from home from 9-5pm.
