Recruitment Delivery Consultant, Talent Locker, Chandlers Ford, £25-30k + £6-15k commission p/year + bonus + benefits
If you work in 360 recruitment currently, and perhaps find getting 'jobs on' tougher than others, but you always fill the jobs you have and prefer the candidate side – don’t leave the industry! We are set up to allow you to flourish. Why are you good at filling jobs? You don't over complicate the simplicity of recruitment; you understand the detail of resourcing and have a process to match your can-do work ethic. Your Boolean searching is probably better than most, you gravitate towards lots of candidate activity and you maintain good relationship with candidates. You may have even applied for an internal recruitment role but never got to an interview as you are used to the agency way of working.
You can now spend all of your time on the ‘candidate side’, talent pooling, make a big impact and filling jobs; you'll be attracting applicants, create great adverts, qualify candidates along with managing the recruitment process from job qualification to job fill. You will have a generous commission scheme of £250 per contract placement and £400 per permanent placement. Whilst £6-12k commission is very realistic, it is feasible to earn £15-20k p/year commission in full flow with quarterly bonus. The more efficient, smarter you work, the more jobs you fill. If you want external training, you can have it, if relevant and commercial.
The role will be in our Delivery Team a delivery consultant to find candidates for our busy Microsoft Dynamics Recruitment Consultants. This will be achieved through attracting candidates via a variety of methods including: LinkedIn, job adverts, database and job boards (we have tools such as SourceBreaker and LinkedIn Recruiter). You will then telephone screen candidates to assess suitability and maintain relationships with Microsoft Dynamics Candidates. You don’t need to know much about Microsoft Technologies, D365 ERP, D365 CRM or Power Platform now; just have an ability to learn, understand and enjoy immersing yourself into something new (Microsoft Dynamics). You will consistently talent pool and have a stream of live vacancies to find candidates for, and you will be supported from very credible, commercial and transparent individuals.
£25-30k basic salary with a very realistic commission of £6k-15k extra per year.
