Role: Facilities Fit Out - Project Manager
Location: Covering The Midlands
Contract Type: Initial 6 Month FTC (potential for a further 6 months)
Start Date: Immediate
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Fit Out Project Manager, to manage and lead on a number of office moves across the Midlands.
Duties:
1. Ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required company standards
2. Working closely with the regional teams to help coordinate staff relocation to the newly completed offices
3. Overseeing the efficient exit and handover of the old office spaces
4. Act as the main point of contact
5. Update on progress of the projects to the senior management team
6. Track project expenses
7. Ensure the highest level of health & safety at all times

3. Strong communication skills
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Experience working on office moves & office fit out projects
6. The ability to travel & cover projects across the Midlands
