We are delivering a range of services to help and support children and their families as well as undertaking campaigns and work in schools across our Region.
Role Overview
The Senior Administrator provides administrative support within a regional Hub, as part of an administrative team, facilitating individuals to achieve the NSPCC's goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure that operations and processes run smoothly, on time, and to quality standards within a centralised Hub.
2. Manage the work of a part-time Administrator.
3. Provide excellent admin and IT support to colleagues.
4. Handle confidential information in line with legal requirements.
5. Communicate with children and families with care and sensitivity.
6. Undertake invoicing and health and safety compliance work.
Qualifications
This role would suit someone with previous experience as a senior administrator and/or a senior receptionist, or someone looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of:
1. Managing individuals.
2. Supporting colleagues.
3. Excellent communication skills.
