We are seeking a skilled Alloy Wheel Technician to join our team at our fully equipped refurbishment centre. PaintChip-Ewhurst specialises in repairing alloy wheels for various vehicle manufacturers, dealer partners, and garages.
Key Requirements:
Candidates must have prior experience in diamond-cut and painted alloy wheel refurbishment processes.
Responsibilities:
* Inspect and assess damage to alloy wheels.
* Perform painting, wet lacquering, and preparation of alloy wheels.
* Operate a CNC Alloy Wheel Lathe for diamond cutting (training provided).
* Carry out wheel straightening tasks (training provided).
* Remove, fit, and balance alloy wheels.
* Maintain all tools and equipment.
* Ensure the workspace remains clean and organized.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience in alloy wheel repair and refurbishment.
* Familiarity with wheel repair equipment and processes.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work.
* A full and valid driving license.
* Team-oriented mindset with flexibility for occasional weekend or overtime work.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 17:00
