Due to the continued success and expansion of our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bathroom Design & Sales Trainee to join our team in Amersham. The Role The primary role of the Bathroom Design and Sales -Trainee is to train towards serving customers and and undertake any tasks to help the branch run efficiently. You will also be required to complete learning activities and targets to ensure all training time is planned in advance. Individually, you will also be responsible for your own customer appointments, designs, sales, and aftercare of their client base. Responsibilities and Duties You'll be learn the day to day running of the showroom, whilst building strong relationships and influence the sales process. Understand the merchanting business, learning a variety of Showroom Designer roles within the branch. Complete all learning objectives to complete the training. Develop product knowledge by keeping up to date with in house training and attending supplier roadshows Deal with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible; taking responsibility for the start to end sales process. Preparing and managing effective meetings with customers in the showroom, or on site. Learning to execute and coordinate the sale of the bathroom. Achieving sales in line with your agreed personal sales targets Creating and maintaining your own individual lead database and discuss leads and job progress with Showroom Manager. Placing your customers orders directly with suppliers in accordance with company procedures and managing the customer time frame expectations.
