Ward F12 Contract type and hours: 37.5hrs per week, long days. Will include weekend working.
We are looking for an individual who can contribute to the team, someone with a can-do attitude, who is cheerful and willing to go the extra mile to make the patient and customer experience the best it can be.
The successful applicant will be responsible, reliable, and understand what good customer service is, while maintaining good health and safety standards.
The role requires coping with pressure and working to strict time frames.
Individual responsibilities include supporting the ward with serving meals and drinks to patients in a busy ward environment throughout the day, monitoring nutrition and hydration, cleaning and monitoring kitchen areas, and accurately recording fridge temperatures. The individual will also support ward staff in maintaining patient safety and ensuring stock ordering and replenishment.
