To perform a wide range of ultrasound scans which could include renal, abdominal, DVT Doppler, gynaecological, and some small parts according to Department Protocols; this excludes maternity services.
Maintain a high standard of clinical expertise and care for the patient.
Scan and independently report own workload of patients, providing written reports to the referring clinician.
Participate in research, audit, and quality control as part of the wider healthcare team as required. Be prepared to upskill into new scan protocols such as hernia scans/foreign body localisation, etc.

* DCR or BSc in Radiographic Imaging or equivalent and registered with the Health Professions Council
* Diploma in Medical Ultrasound, Pg Dip, Pg Certificate or equivalent (masters level)
* HCPC registration

* Willingness to learn new skills for service needs (DVT/FB demo)
* Good communication skills with patients and staff

* Significant US Experience
