Site Manager – Decent Homes Framework

£50,000 – £55,000 Plus Package
We are currently recruiting for a national contractor they are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team and assist them in the management and delivery of their decent homes project covering properties in Brighton. This is working internal and external refurbishmeant project for a large housing assocation.
Your main duties will include management of sub-contractors and direct staff, health and safety talks, inspecting works pre and post works, liaising with the client, attending progress meetings and the general delivery of the programme.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
1. SMSTS
2. CSCS
3. First Aid
4. Asbestos Awareness
5. Full Driving Licence
6. A minimum of three years’ experience managing decent home projects
7. Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation
8. Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
