Position: Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
The primary school are looking for enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teachers to join our supportive school community. The successful candidates will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary school students
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and positive behaviour
Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential through engaging and creative teaching methods
Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help students achieve their goals
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and collaboration
Participate in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS (ECTs are welcome to apply)
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to working as part of a team
A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
