Are you an experienced teacher with strong leadership skills looking for a Head of Year role?
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to take on a key pastoral leadership position, supporting students' academic and personal development from September 2025.
Salary: £31,350 - £47,839 + TLR 2.2 (£5,530)
Head of Year Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and support a year group to ensure high standards of behaviour and achievement.
* Oversee student welfare, attendance, and pastoral care initiatives.
* Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement effective interventions.
* Engage with parents and external agencies to promote student success.
Head of Year Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience in teaching and leading pastoral care.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
