We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our products by distributing promotional materials and engaging with businesses to drive sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Distribute promotional leaflets and materials to target audiences in designated areas.
2. Conduct door-to-door visits to local businesses, introducing them to our products and services.
3. Build rapport with potential customers, addressing queries and concerns effectively.
4. Persuade and convince business owners to adopt our products by highlighting benefits and value.
5. Identify and establish contact with new leads, ensuring follow-ups to maintain engagement.
6. Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including distributed materials and client interactions.
7. Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends to the sales team.
8. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
9. Achieve and exceed set sales and marketing targets.
Key Requirements:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
2. Confidence in approaching and engaging with new clients face-to-face.
3. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
4. Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
