Job Description:
The Lead Network Engineer and Architect will lead the development, support, and management of telecoms and network products and services deployed on behalf of the University. Responsibilities include participating in continuous improvement analysis and design, as well as developing telecom and network-based solutions.
The post holder is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, repair, and ongoing support of voice communications and data networks, including capacity planning, service availability, and ensuring continuity.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at the Pontypridd campus.
