Person Specification:
1. Currently completing Sociology Teacher training with a structure and capacity for support and training.
2. Hold a recognised teaching qualification in the UK, including QTS (or an appropriate overseas qualification leading to obtaining QTS).
3. Confidence in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons for mixed ability pupils at GCSE.
4. A good team player with a can-do attitude and sense of humour.
5. Ambitious and driven.

You will be teaching Key Stage 4 and 5 and must be confident in delivering GCSE to a high standard.
