Join our dedicated Children in Care Team, where we prioritize achieving permanence and providing exceptional care for our children and young people. Our team is committed to creating stable, nurturing environments that support long-term well-being and development. We ensure that each child’s voice is heard and their needs are met through active participation and engagement. By working closely with foster carers, residential staff, and other professionals, we develop comprehensive care plans that focus on achieving the best possible outcomes. Our team managers are responsible for the line management of six social workers (fte). Team managers take responsibility for the operational delivery of services and the management of frontline staff. Duties include supervision, care planning, case management, risk management, auditing, dip sampling, learning & development, and contributing to the service and team plans, and continuous improvement journey.
