Role Description
To support our continued and exciting growth we are looking for Operations Engineers with experience of Microsoft M365 and Intune who can support our clients in their digital transformation and support activities.
As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of clients from our Leeds office. Working with a team of extremely talented colleagues in delivering a high quality of support for our clients that deliver real business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the technical aspects of device configuration
* Assist with implementation of configuration changes
* Validation testing including troubleshooting and resolution of issues
* Diagnosis of incidents, problems, and change implementation to include the writing of Change Requests and seeking the required approvals
* Troubleshooting and resolving problems
* Support clients with Microsoft Intune Device Management
Qualifications
Key Skills/Experience/ Qualification
* Must be eligible for SC clearance
* Client facing, supporting client environments
* Support client activities and project teams as required
* Management of AD DS (Active Directory Domain Services)
* Management of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
* Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager – Focused on Microsoft Intune at minimum 2nd line level
* Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
* Window 10/11 support
* Microsoft Server support 2019 and onwards
* Office 365 Administration
* Experience in device management (Client and server)
* Ability to work closely as part of a tight knit team or on own to meet deadlines
* Certifications - AWS Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900, or relevant demonstrable experience
Desirable but not critical experience:
* AWS Knowledge
* Citrix Knowledge
* iOS and Android mobile management with Microsoft Intune
* Cloud Monitoring Toolsets
* Certifications MS-900, MD-102
Additional Information
Additional Requirements:
* Must be reliable and flexible.
* Hours of work will be between 08:00 - 18:00, with an 8-hour working day staggered across the 10-hour timeframe.
Essentials
* Must be willing to do UK based travel for projects.
* Must have the right to work in the UK
* Must be able to attain a UK Security Clearance
