SF are thrilled to be working with a growing manufacturing business in Redditch who are on the lookout for a HR Coordinator to come and join their brilliant team on an interim basis.
We are looking for someone to come and play a crucial part in the development of this business, someone who is experienced within SMEs and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get involved. This role will have a level of payroll incorporated; however, it is not payroll heavy.
You will be able to get involved in project work, lower level ER cases, supporting SLT teams with day-to-day HR queries, and general coordination of the HR function.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Partnering with the Head of Finance and outsource payroll team.
2. Supporting senior management in all aspects of HR including ER cases.
3. Preparing staff contracts, job descriptions, and offer letters for staff.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the business both internally and externally.
5. Supporting with the learning and development for the staff.
We are looking for someone who holds an understanding of HR best practices, is CIPD qualified or working towards it, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a creative and proactive mindset, confident to work independently.
