The Park School is looking to appoint a passionate, highly motivated and dedicated Inclusion Manager to join their team. This role is key to ensuring their diverse range of needs are met effectively so every student in the school can flourish.
Working collaboratively with students, parents/carers, educational staff and external professionals, the successful applicant will help ensure the best possible long-term life outcomes for students.
This vacancy is open to applicants with primary, secondary, specialist or mainstream experience. Applicants who have not yet completed their QTS and/or SENCO qualification (NASENCO or NPQ) but are highly motivated to do so will also very welcome to apply. The candidate will have a small teaching commitment.
Salary:
* Applicants with QTS: WMAT Teacher Pay Scale (£33,074 - £50,470) + TLR3E (£2,618) + SEND1 Allowance (£2,679)
* Applicants not yet with QTS: Associate Pay Scale (WA7/£34,275)
