Responsibilities:
1. Develop & implement Health & Safety policies.
2. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
3. Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety regulations.
4. Act as the main point of contact for all Health & Safety matters.
5. Oversee health programs and lead safety training for colleagues.
Qualifications:
1. NEBOSH certification.
2. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
3. Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus!
