**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence.
* Ensure care standards are met and motivate your team to deliver the best possible quality of life for residents.
* Lead by example, monitor standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and check regulatory compliance.
* Set high standards, develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals.
**Requirements**
* A Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
* A teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification.
* Experience in helping residents with different health needs.
* A successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
* Some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding of budget management.
* A track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.

**Estimated Salary:** £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
