About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging French lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including A-Level. Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that incorporate authentic resources and cultural experiences. Facilitate interactive language practice and encourage students to develop fluency and accuracy in French. Assess student progress through speaking, listening, reading, and writing tasks, providing detailed and constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of the French curriculum and participate in departmental meetings. Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as French clubs, film screenings, and trips abroad, to enhance student learning. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in French or Modern Foreign Languages. Extensive experience teaching French to A-Level, with a proven track record of achieving excellent student results. Native or near-native fluency in French and a deep understanding of French culture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
