We are searching for an experienced Cyber Security & Data Privacy Manager to join our client's Compliance Team working on a permanent and full-time basis. The role is offered as hybrid working. During your probation period and through on-boarding you will need to be office based circa 2 or 3 days per week. Once probation has been completed successfully the office-based work will be reduced to circa 2 days per month. You may also need to attend the office occasionally for specific business needs such as annual audits etc. The client's office is located in Exeter, Devon - you will need to be based a commutable distance from this office, or you will be in a position to relocate to the area. The Role As a Cyber Security & Data Privacy Manager, you will review, process, and monitor medical devices, data privacy and IEC 62304 compliance. Coordinating with various departments, you will ensure all compliance and quality matters are managed and that solutions are developed in accordance with medical device and data privacy requirements and legal frameworks. You will create compliant documentation for new products, and you will monitor changes in regulations to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner. You will respond to customer queries relating to DPIA's, DTAC, and the NHS Data Security & Protection Toolkit. Additionally, you will undertake internal audits on IEC 62304 policies and processes, identifying inconsistencies and improvements to enhance efficiency.
