We are working with a leading Finance and IT Recruitment Agency based just outside of London (Hertfordshire), who are looking to grow their team and offering, making it the perfect time to get involved As a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter specialising in the finance & IT sector, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top financial professionals in roles across various financial disciplines. You will work closely with clients ranging from SMEs to large multinational corporations, helping them secure the best talent to drive their business success. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a blend of sales, relationship management, and talent acquisition skills. We are open to reviewing both Recruiter Consultant and Senior Recruiter profiles (as titles may vary in the market) Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and business objectives. Consult clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, and referrals) to identify and attract high-calibre finance professionals. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of top talent. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the finance sector. Negotiate terms of business and close agreements with new clients. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the finance sector. Provide insights and advice to clients and candidates based on up-to-date market intelligence. Requirements/Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruiter Strong track record of success in a sales-driven environment. Finance recruitment experience (desirable) Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
