We are seeking a Head of New Products to drive the development of new products and services for our client, a renowned professional membership body, ensuring commercial success and long-term business growth.
You will lead the identification, development, and launch of innovative products that align with strategic growth objectives. You will conduct market research, define product strategies, and oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring all offerings meet market demands and deliver strong commercial returns.
Key Responsibilities
* Market Research & Strategy: Identify customer needs and market trends to inform product development.
* Product Development: Lead the planning, creation, and launch of new products and services.
* Commercial Performance: Develop pricing, distribution, and marketing strategies to maximise revenue.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work cross-functionally to align product initiatives with business goals.
* Project Management: Oversee product-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
* Performance Monitoring: Set and track KPIs to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement.

* Strong background in full product lifecycle management.

* Experience in working within a global market is a plus.

* Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
* Digitally and technologically savvy.
* Experience within a membership or other non-profit organisation is a plus.
