Job Description
Within this role you will ensure breakdown calls from our Linehaul Drivers (HGV Drivers) are answered and acted upon in an efficient manner. You will also be responsible for supplier contact and invoice processing, ensuring the end-to-end process is completed. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Communicating with other business lines to resolve any issues that arise
* Raising system order numbers for external suppliers
* Ensuring that supplier contact and invoice processing is completed accurately and in a timely manner
* Running daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports including service reports, MOT, and performance reports
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in an administrative role, ideally within a transport setting. You will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and have high attention to detail.
We will also expect you to:
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
* Have proven and demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
* Be a self-motivated and organized individual
