Role: Sales & Account Executive
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Hours - Monday – Friday - 08:30 – 17:00
Salary: £25,000 - £23,000 Per Annum

Due to the continued growth, we are looking for a Sales and Account Executive to continue to expand our local business in the commercial sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales goals, and delivering excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for reviewing existing customers insurance needs either face to face or over the phone as we believe in proactive contact for our clients to assess that their needs remain unchanged.
About the role:
As Sales & Account Executive your duties will be:
6. Work with new and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person to offer insurance solutions for their business and personal needs.
7. Ensure that we deliver for our customers in a timely manner so that they have the cover that they need when they need it.
8. Identity and promote our range of investment, protection, pension and Health & Safety Products.
9. Get involved in our team initiatives so that we remain a great place to work.
10. Attend events to meet customers, and to promote our services to potential new leads.
About you:
11. Demonstrate Sales and Customer Service or Banking experience.
12. Consistently self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
13. Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
14. Excellence communication skills both verbal and written.
15. Demonstrate problem solving ability, good attention to detail and willingness to use own initiative and judgement.
16. Strong interest in and commitment to self-development and learning
