Position Overview
As a Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional advice to clients, focusing on the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and the management of Probate and estate administration. You will also advise clients on trusts and their tax implications, ensuring they receive comprehensive and tailored legal solutions.
Responsibilities
* Meeting with clients face to face in the office, off-site, and virtually
* Taking instructions and preparing basic to complex Wills
* Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and general Powers of Attorney
* Managing probate and estate administration
* Advising on trusts and tax matters, including administration of life interest and discretionary trusts
