An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team to undertake the role of Administration Team Lead within the Immunisation and Vaccination Centre. The post holder will operate in a fast-paced environment and will require excellent communication skills.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering an effective administration function for the Immunisation and Vaccination service and Supervision of the Administration Team. They will deal with general routine enquiries and offering support to the Administration Team throughout the shift.

Main duties of the job
Be the first point of contact for the Administrators dealing with queries from Vaccination Centres.
Resolve and answer general routine operational questions and problemsoffering support and guidance.
Assist the Business Support Manager in ensuring that the departmentalStandard Operating Procedures are adhered with the Business Support Manager and Clinical Lead to flag any non routine issues and to seek advice and permission to act if applicable.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications and/or Knowledge
Essential
1. Maths and Literacy L2
2. NVQ3 in relevant subject or equivalent
Desirable
3. Customer Service experience & evidence of training
4. Any typing qualification be it Audio or RSA
5. Information Technology qualification such as European Driving Licence

6. Previous experience of working within a Call Centre environment
7. Must have customer service experience and IT literate using Microsoft packages in previous admin role
8. Has previous experience of supervising a team with some HR experience
9. Advanced keyboard skills

10. Previous NHS office/admin experience
11. Knowledge of WPAS & Welsh Clinical Portal
