Service Operations Manager
Up to £70,000 + Private Healthcare, Quarterly Bonus
Location: Solihull
My client is a leading manufacturer who has been operating at the highest levels for almost 50 years. In the past 10 years, they have doubled their workforce and achieved year-on-year sustained growth, even during the pandemic. Due to this sustained success, they are looking to add a Service Operations Manager to their team, reporting to the Director. This is a great opportunity for an individual who thrives in setting and achieving strategy.
The role of Service Operations Manager:
1. Provide leadership & management to the field service, workshop, and service office teams.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service leading to sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
3. Develop, enhance, and embed service processes and working methods.
4. Oversee and improve team performance using business intelligence and feedback.
5. Lead the service operation to achieve P&L.
6. Lead and promote a positive safety culture throughout the team.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience for Service Operations Manager:
1. Senior level service management experience is required for this role.
2. Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
3. Demonstrable evidence of creating and embedding KPIs and objectives.
4. Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
6. Be an effective team player and actively contribute to our continual improvement culture.
7. Computer literate including all MS Office applications.
8. Strong organisational, process and project management skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
