Endeavour Recruitment has an excellent contract opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer for their busy client close to Gatwick Airport in the West Sussex area. You would be troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues either over the telephone or desk-side.
The successful candidate will be flexible by nature, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be a good team player, able to cope under pressure, and have previous experience of working to strict SLA’s and both team/individual targets.
Preferred Candidate Experience:
* ITIL Accreditation or working towards
* Windows 7
* MS Office 2010 / 2013
* 1st or 2nd Line Support Experience
* Avaya/IPT
* Citrix
* Exchange 2010
* Wireless Networking
