The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to step into a fast-paced environment and support the delivery of high-profile projects. Working closely with a Project Director and collaborating with multiple Project Managers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. You’ll have the chance to work across multiple complex projects, liaising with clients, contractors, and senior leaders to keep everything on track.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Keeping projects on track – support Project Managers in monitoring progress and ensuring key milestones are met.
* Coordinating meetings – schedule and attend site meetings, capturing detailed minutes and action points.
* Managing tenders – compile tender lists, review submissions, and cross-check drawings for accuracy.
* Project administration – assist with cost reporting, budget trackers, and essential project documents.
* Programme updates – ensure project timelines stay on schedule with regular updates.
* Client reporting – provide clear, concise, and timely reports to keep stakeholders informed.
* Aftercare & handover – refine and improve the post-project process to ensure smooth transitions.
