Overview
MCS are delighted to assist a progressive and forward-thinking company within the electric vehicle infrastructure sector who are currently seeking an experienced In-House Solicitor with expertise in Republic of Ireland property law. This position offers a rare chance to step into a varied legal role within an ambitious, fast-paced environment, where you'll play a key part in supporting commercial operations through high-quality legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Property Law & Real Estate Support
Take ownership of a busy and diverse portfolio of property matters, including lease negotiation, due diligence, licences, and transactional support for commercial real estate projects.
Regulatory Compliance
Advise on and ensure adherence to all applicable property legislation and regulatory frameworks in the Republic of Ireland.
Engagement with External Legal Advisors
Coordinate with external solicitors and advisors to deliver accurate and timely legal solutions, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Internal Stakeholder Support
Develop trusted relationships across internal teams by offering clear, practical legal input to support strategic business decisions.
Wider Legal Involvement
Contribute to the drafting and review of commercial agreements, construction-related documents, confidentiality agreements, and internal procedures. Provide generalist legal assistance across multiple departments as required.
Essential Criteria
* Qualified Solicitor in the Republic of Ireland with 2+ years' post-qualification experience. (Dual qualification in Northern Ireland is welcomed but not essential.)
* Proven ability to independently manage case files and meet delivery expectations under tight deadlines.
* A collaborative approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and written/verbal communication skills.
