Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic team on a challenging and rewarding project.

Main Responsibilities
1. Plan, manage and organise all labour on site, including Sub Contractors.
2. Understand and manage company quality assurance in line with procedures.
3. Ensure all plant and labour resources are used efficiently on site.
4. Manage material deliveries and procurement in line with programme.
5. Maintain and demonstrate high safety standards and ensure the site is a safe and tidy place to work and visit.
6. Understand Seymour core values and demonstrate them daily.
7. Keep site records and registers up to date in line with internal quality assurance procedures.
8. Review and approve time sheets, holidays and absence for direct Labour.
9. Effective material and waste management.
10. Liaise with stakeholders, nearby residents, and local communities.
11. Project a professional image at all times.
12. Be computer literate including use of Office 365.
13. Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills.
14. Have a good understanding of commercial management.
15. Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Maintain a methodical approach to tasks undertaken.
17. Work independently and as part of a team.
18. Understand surveying and setting out/engineering techniques using the latest technologies.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
A Site Manager / Agent would be expected to hold or be working towards the following:
1. Qualifications in HNC/ONC/Degree level.
2. Extensive Knowledge of Construction Processes and Procedures.
3. Extensive Knowledge of current Health & Safety requirements.
4. Relevant site safety qualifications.
5. CSCS Certification at site manager.
6. Asbestos Awareness.
7. Environmental Awareness.
8. Confined Spaces (City & Guild).
9. Manual Handling.
10. Working at Height.
11. Safety Critical Medical.
12. NVQ L5 or 6 Site manager.
13. SMSTS.
14. Driving licence.
15. First aid knowledge.
16. A member of the CIOB, ICE or CEng.
17. Temporary works coordinator.
18. RASWA Supervisor.
19. NRASWA Streetworks (Supervisor).
20. Appointed Person.
21. CAT and Genny.
22. Fire Marshal.
