Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Working closely and managing the digital agency to deliver digital marketing initiatives and Jumeirah.com performance.
* Meeting Jumeirah.com revenue targets and ensuring its content is up to date.
* Overseeing SEO/SEM strategies, leading and executing digital tactical campaigns in channels such as paid social media, display marketing, etc.
* Working closely with the revenue team and/or the loyalty team to develop offers and initiatives that lead to revenue generation.
* Optimizing, managing, and tracking online hotel listings (Google My Business, TripAdvisor, etc.) and driving – together with revenue – TPI’s initiatives (Booking.com – Expedia – Agoda).
* Responsible for e-mail marketing at hotel level. Developing and executing an e-mail marketing calendar.
* Acting as a liaison between Corporate office and hotel colleagues to achieve regional digital marketing goals.
* Staying up to date on digital marketing trends, analyzing competitor activity, and providing insights through detailed reporting.
* Driving auxiliary revenue through online gift vouchers and third-party sites such as SpaBreaks.com and Afternoontea.co.uk.
* In charge of organic social media – strategy and implementation in line with brand guidelines.
* Responsible for developing brand content (photography and videography) in line with the latest Jumeirah brand guidelines.
* Collaborating with the wider Marketing and PR team to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
