Permanent – Full Time (37 hours per week)
Freedom's Networks team has a vacancy for an Administration Assistant. The main purpose of the role will be to work within the Electrical / Security side of the Building & Civils Contract across the North East & Yorkshire region.
The administrator will coordinate workstreams within the Building & Civils Contract ensuring that work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and client specifications. They will maintain a full programme of works ensuring all operatives work to their full productivity levels; ensure all completion documentation is submitted to management in a timely manner; liaise with client contract coordinators, council staff, and engineers; and deal with the general public as required.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
* Working with the work management system and administration team to ensure that all jobs are raised, scheduled, assigned, and completed as required.
* Working with Freedom’s delivery team managers on the procurement and ongoing management and engagement of Franchisees & Subcontractors.
* Reviewing and processing any returned documentation received from clients to ensure accurate job completions on the work management system.
* Supporting commercial and financial month-end processes.
* Following mapped procedures for client work processing.
* Raising Purchase Orders where applicable.
* Commercial and administrative involvement with the Works Management System and other IT software.
* Assisting with general administrative duties.
* Effective communication with various levels of personnel on the framework, internal and external.
* Post-audit of works commercially completed.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong IT Literacy & Numeracy Skills
* Previous experience in an administration role
* Experience with Purchase Order processes - Desirable
