We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join us at Hereford County Hospital as our Information & Helpdesk Manager within our Estates and Technical Services. Managing a small Helpdesk team of two, you will not only be the custodian of our information library for Technical Services and Estates but a subject matter expert able to review and produce technical documentation. Therefore, technical qualification is essential. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth coordination of all functional activities within the Helpdesk service. You won’t just be overseeing tasks – you’ll be driving performance, great customer service, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all activities align with Sodexo’s contractual requirements.
